Are More High Value UK Class Actions Ahead?

Are more high value UK class actions on the horizon? Oral arguments next week at the UK Supreme Court may provide some clues as to what's ahead. Plaintiff estimates the damages claim at $14 billion; the claims arise out of credit card interchange fees for cross-border transactions.
