Expanding Antitrust Litigation in Europe

Litigation today is global. Litigation also is like jello –  push in one place, and things happen in other places. The point is exemplified by two recent developments.  For one,  consider antitrust litigation, now evolving and expanding in Europe, as a result of US courts cutting back on jurisdiction.
