It's always good to see more lawyers focusing on the use of genomics. In that vein, note a new February 20, 2020 blog post with a seasoned lawyer's comments on expected increasing use of genetic testing in medical product liability cases. The comments are from the well-known "Bexis" (Jim Beck) of the Drug and Device Law blog. It's been a pleasure to exchange thoughts with Jim over the years regarding genomics and the litigation uses of genomic analysis; he gets it.
