A new article from Professor Catherine M. Sharkey lays out a modern rationale for lawsuits seeking to hold Amazon liable as a settler of defective goods. In this age of specialty litigation, and massive online shopping, one wonders if this could become a "prime" litigation path. And, if there are successes, one would expect the same model will be applied to other sites.
