“Tort Reform” in Missouri

The label “tort reform” brings many reactions. But it’s an easy label for legislation involving “mass tort” claims. It will be interesting to see whether or how the the parties present and spin laws of this sort when SCOTUS takes on “mass tort ” jurisdiction issues in the near future.
